Arisyn provides AI-powered vocal processing services that extract vocal chains from audio files and apply them to user recordings. Our services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

• Only upload audio files you have the right to use
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights of others

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of audio files you upload. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your files. Generated vocal chains and SoundCards remain your property.

5. Limitation of Liability

Arisyn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
